Sound Management of Chemicals in Serbia: Training week

This platform is a country-driven initiative that seeks to strengthen national institutions working on Chemicals Management by supporting the integrated and multisector approach to chemicals management and addressing sustainability aspects including financing. The platform provides learning materials to increase public institutional capacity for the sound management of chemicals throughout their life cycle, as well as national information on Chemical-related national strategies and actions in the country. This initiative, started on 11 - 15 September 2023, Geneva, Switzerland, in cooperation with UNITAR and UNIDO, will facilitate and enable the implementation of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions, the Minamata Convention and the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM).
