This module covers implementation and improvement of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities and systems with environmental quality monitoring. Focusing on concepts, principles, and elements of laboratory QA/QC systems, case studies and partner experiences as well as roadmaps to review and, where appropriate, progressively implement or refine QA/QC practices to conform with national and international (e.g. ISO 17025) standards.
